Web Hosting Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all new accounts, renewals, upgrades, and existing customers. By purchasing or using services, you agree to these terms.

1. Account Setup

Accounts are created after payment is received and fraud screening is complete. You must provide a valid email address not associated with your hosted domain.

2. Acceptable Use

All services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited content includes copyrighted material, illegal content, hate content, piracy, hacking tools, or obscene material.

  • IRC bots
  • Warez or pirated software
  • Hate sites
  • Hack programs

3. Spam Policy

We have zero tolerance for spam. Accounts sending unsolicited email will be terminated immediately without notice. Cleanup fees may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.

  • $15 late fee for unpaid hosting
  • $25 reactivation fee after suspension
  • Data deleted after 3 months of non-payment
  • $50 monthly late fee for non-hosting accounts

5. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel at any time. A 10-day money-back guarantee applies to hosting services only (monthly plans, first-time customers).

7. Resource Usage

Users may not:

  • Use more than 25% CPU for 90 seconds
  • Run chat servers or daemons
  • Run IRC or gaming servers
  • Operate high-bandwidth download sites

8. Bandwidth

Unlimited bandwidth is subject to fair use. Excessive usage may result in fees or termination.

9. Pricing

Existing hosting prices will not increase, but new plans may change at any time.

10. Liability

lcsworld.com is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages of any kind. Services are provided “as-is”.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

12. Acceptance

By using our services, you agree to all terms listed.

13. Access

We may require access to your account for maintenance or investigation. Failure to provide access may result in termination.
